Qn: Tell me more about Venting Spaces?

We are a wellness platform providing online counselling and fitness training (coming soon!). Our goal is to be a virtual companion for Singaporeans. We place emphasis on being accessible, affordable and transparent.

Qn: Why Counselling with Venting Spaces?

The best way to answer this is to tell you that the team is made up of who have undergone counselling and/or lived with people who have mental health issues. We are not just entrepreneurs, advertisers etc, but people who actually went through and understand you. Trust that this will be translated into our services and content that we provide. 


Qn: Are your counsellors certified?

Yes, we are very strict in our hiring and require our counsellors to have at least 1-year of work experience. All of them will have to be pursuing or have obtained a Masters Degree in Counselling. All our counsellors undergo strict supervision.

Rest assured because when we assign a counsellor to you, a report card will be emailed to you. Inside, it'll include all the relevant information of the counsellor (e.g. education, work experience). 
 

 

Qn:  Who is Venting Spaces for?
We are for everyone and we cannot emphasise this enough. Our target audience is youths but if you don't belong to that category you are still able to book a session with us. 

 

Whether or not you have depression/anxiety etc, mental health, male or female, it is something that we should always invest in. It’s good to have an avenue with a professional available and to talk about both good and bad happenings in order to keep on track. Remember, you’ll never know when something takes a toll on your mental health - speaking from personal experience!

 

Qn: How much are the sessions? 
The more experienced the counsellors, the higher the chargeable rates will be. However, as we mentioned that we want to keep things affordable, the cap per hour is $80/hr and the lowest chargeable amount is $45/hr.

Our counsellors are all certified with work experience and undergo supervision in accordance to the Singapore's requirements.

 

If you're open to seeing a counsellor who is underqualified and still pursuing a counselling degree, contact us via the "contact us" tab to indicate. Do note that she will still be supervised by her lecturer. The rates will be $35/hr, flat charge for that.

Qn: Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Currently, we do not have any packages. 


Qn: What time are the services available at?
It depends solely on the counsellor's schedules but we are aiming to have it after working hours to facilitate the working adults.


Qn: How do I make payment?
Payment will be made via paynow/paypal.
